VENDOR MONEY IS NON-REFUNDABLE
Under special circumstances, prior to the show date a written note explaining the reason you cannot set up should be sent to Hanna Furst, 317 N. Schoolhouse Rd, Thomasville PA 17364; a partial refund may be allowed.
No alcoholic beverages, nuisance items of any kind, water pistols, pornography, etc are allowed on the grounds. No food or drinks are to be sold by flea market vendors,
Camping is allowed on the show grounds, but NO electrical hook- ups will be provided. All vendors and campers are to be packed up and have all possessions removed from the show grounds by 2 pm the last day of the show.
SALES TAX AND SALES TAX NUMBERS are the responsibility of the vendor.
FOR SAFETY REASONS, there is to be no riding motorized vehicles through the flea market area, such as golf carts, tractors, motorcycles, go carts, lawn mowers, etc.
Vendor's empty boxes and trash are to be taken home and not left for the club to dispose of.
The Menges Mills Historic Horse, Steam and Gas Association will not be responsible for theft or accidents.
